sweet potato vegan enchiladas

Yesterday we went to Berkeley. It was raining, so we didn’t hike beforehand. I wrote letters and we drank tea at our favorite tea shop. I photocopied back issues of zines. So I have binding to do.

I’m trying to perfect my vegan enchiladas recipe. Today I’m trying sweet potatoes for the filling.
