I had been craving tomato soup. And we have tomatoes in the backyard. So I decided to make some tomato soup from scratch. It smells delicious so far. We walked to the co-op, the postie, the bank. I was reading about how to make red bean paste, and one website said it’s traditional to use lard. I was sad to hear it. I want to make my own red bean paste. But I don’t know what to stuff with it. Maybe just eat it off the spoon.
