I made a Whole Foods recipe for oatcakes, but they didn’t really turn out. They didn’t hold together. They were still good, in a way, but I won’t make them again. I think the problem might have been using a flax seed egg rather than a real egg.
I juiced the grapefruit Mom gave me and the juice was so delicious, the most delicious grapefruit juice I’ve ever tasted.
