I was at a Middle Eastern market yesterday with Ming. A friend was late meeting us there for lunch, so we looked at the foods for sale for a long time. I ended up buying a package of Egyptian-style super melon seeds for $4.19. I can’t figure out how to eat them. I ate some whole but there was too much fiber. They’re like pumpkin seeds but smaller and thicker. I tried to crack one open to eat just the inside, but the inside is too small.
What is a super melon?
